Course Summary:
The complicated nature of manufacturing can often lead to operational challenges, stifling an organization’s productivity and efficiency. These resources can be utilized by employees in any role, department, or industry, and are a universally-applicable method of resolving any kind of problem.
In this course, participants will analyze a vast array of timely problem-solving methods, and determine how to employ them in their own workplaces. With the material discussed in this session, manufacturing workers can learn to identify problems before they arise, significantly expediting every step of the manufacturing process.
