In this course, participants discuss the importance of standardization in the workplace, and analyze the benefits it has on employee productivity and collective output. Participants observe the impact of standardization across a diverse variety of common manufacturing departments, and examine how time-tested productivity practices lead to modern management methods.

Course Summary:

 

Ensuring cohesion and harmony amongst team members is one of the foundational elements of office leadership, but administrative bodies can often feel overwhelmed by the vast array of differing work methods and processes that they are required to oversee. In this course, we’ll discuss the importance of standardization in the workplace, and analyze the benefits it has on employee productivity and collective output.

Participants will observe the impact of standardization across a diverse variety of common manufacturing departments, and examine how time-tested productivity practices have lead to this modern management method. The content introduced during this course is vital to the success of manufacturing leaders at any stage of their career, and can be practically applied to all teams and groups, regardless of size, role, or distribution.
